By applying for, accessing, or participating in the Introduction.com community (“the Community”), you (“Member”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Arcadia. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue participation.

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is subject to a rigorous application process and is granted solely at the discretion of Introduction.com. We reserve the right to deny or revoke membership at any time, without obligation to provide reason.

1.2 Non-Transferable

2. Membership Fees

All membership fees, whether one-time or recurring, must be paid in full prior to gaining access to the Community.

2.2 No Refunds Policy

All payments are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with services, changes in membership status, or early termination by you.

2.3 Price Adjustments

Introduction.com reserves the right to adjust fees at any time for new memberships or renewals.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

3.1 Strict Confidentiality

The Community thrives on trust and discretion. All information shared within the Community, including but not limited to member identities, discussions, deal flow, intellectual property, proprietary strategies, and any related communications (“Confidential Information”) is strictly confidential.

3.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

By joining, you agree to a binding NDA covering all Confidential Information you access. You shall not disclose, share, copy, or disseminate any such information to third parties without explicit written consent from Introduction.com.

3.3 Survival of Obligations

Confidentiality obligations survive termination of your membership and remain in effect indefinitely.

4. Member Conduct

4.1 Code of Conduct

You agree to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity within the Community. Harassment, unethical behavior, or misuse of access will result in immediate termination.

4.2 No Solicitation Without Permission

You may not solicit members for outside services, products, or investments without prior written approval from Introduction.com.

4.3 No Unauthorized Use

You may not use the Community to engage in illegal activities, market manipulation, or actions that may harm other members or the reputation of Introduction.com.

5. Indemnification

5.1 Member Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arcadia Marketing LLC, Introduction.com, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

• Your access to or use of the Community;

• Your violation of these Terms;

• Any dispute between you and another member or third party.

5.2 No Liability for Losses

Arcadia, Introduction.com, and its affiliates are not responsible or liable for any financial loss, damages, reputational harm, or adverse outcomes resulting from your participation in the Community, reliance on information shared, or interactions with other members.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership
All content, branding, and proprietary information provided by Introduction.com remain the exclusive property of Arcadia Marketing LLC.

6.2 License to Use
Members are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Community materials solely for personal participation. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 No Investment or Legal Advice
Any discussions or materials shared in the Community are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, investment, tax, or financial advice.

7.2 No Guarantees
Introduction.com does not guarantee any outcomes, opportunities, or results from participation in the Community.

7.3 As-Is Basis
The Community is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcadia Marketing LLC, Introduction.com, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Community, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by Introduction.com
We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause, and without liability.

9.2 Termination by Member
You may terminate your membership at any time; however, no refunds or credits will be issued.

9.3 Survival of Key Terms
Sections concerning confidentiality, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law
